have
lived
in
Manhattan
for
the
past
five
years.
I
don’t
have
much
expertise
on
hotel
options,
but
out
of
the
300+
restaurants
and
many
activities
I’ve
experienced,
these
are
my
favorite.

Hotels
The Dominick
Google:
Solid
location
and
nice
rooms.
If
you
have
AMEX
platinum,
there
are
usually
deals
for
this
hotel.
Moxy NYC East Village
Google:
This
spot
has
solid
rooms/accommodations
and
is
relatively
affordable.
Its
located
next
to
a
great
club
(Little
Sister)
and
has
a
nice
rooftop.
Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown
Restaurants
Francie
Google:
Steak
and
duck
breast.
Its
in
Brooklyn,
but
worth
the
trip.
Hillstone
Google:
If
you
haven’t
been
to
a
Hillstone
or
Hillstone
equivalent
(Houston’s,
Honor
Bar,
White
House
Tavern),
I
would
recommend
for
lunch
or
dinner.
I
am
a
huge
fan
of
their
restaurant
group
and
have
never
had
a
bad
meal
at
any
of
their
spots.
Order
spinach
dip,
French
dip,
kale
chicken
salad,
but
really
everything
is
great.
4 Charles Prime Rib
Google:
Everything
is
amazing.
Very
hard
res
to
get.
Sometimes
brunch
is
easier
to
get.
I
prefer
dinner
because
it’s
a
super
heavy
meal.
SHINN EAST
Google:
My
favorite
bang
for
buck
omakase
($70
per
person,
but
better
than
most
$200+
omakases)
Dame
Google:
Tuna
tartar,
oysters,
fish
and
chips
Activities
Little Sister Lounge
Google:
My
favorite
club
in
NYC.
Note:
I
like
hip-hop/rap.
Speakeasy Magick
Google:
It's
expensive,
but
very
worth
it!
The
most
astonishing
magic
I've
seen
and
I
have
seen
a
lot
of
magic.
Gospel
Google:
If
you
enjoy
house
music,
go
here.
The Django
Google:
Great
jazz
spot.
Good
date
activity,
but
it
is
a
bit
loud
Death & Co East Village
Google:
Cool
bar
with
cool
drinks.
Put
your
name
in
before
dinner
(maybe
at
Shinn
Easy
around
the
corner),
then
come
back
for
a
few
drinks.
